Dear WebsiteBlog We are experiencing our hottest time of the year in HSV and the real estate market is on fire as well. Agents are reporting a record month not seen in a few years. There has not been an increase in home prices like in some other parts of the country but we seem to lag behind the national average whether it is a higher or lower price swing. That means that there are still great buys to be had in the Village and interest rates are also low.
