It's official, May is "National Moving Month". So I thought it timely to compile a list of some of the ways that I can help ease my clients through a stressful and sometimes emotional move. I will:

  • refer a professional cleaner to clean up after moving out.
  • provide contacts for service providers, painters, handymen, contractors, plumbers, electricians, and interior designers.
  • provide contacts for utilities, home services, movers/storage, locksmith and charitable organizations to pick up unwanted items.
  • recommend estate sale providers.
  • keep my clients up-to-date on all aspects of the process.

With these tips, I can assure my clients' moving day will be easier, less stressful and hopefully forge a life-long relationship with them.

Not staging your home costs you three different times. 1.When you list. Houses that are not in tip top condition are not shown as often and take longer to sell. 2.At the negotiating table. At 8:30 p.m. we'll screen Beach Blanket Bingo at the beach, so bring your lawn chairs, blankets and plenty of friends and family. Boomers Rock will have hot dog and s'mores packets for sale.
